    Dear Members

Further to our advice on 16 March of the postponement of the Northam Motor Sport Festival from the scheduled dates of 4/5 April 2020, we have now reluctantly decided that it is not feasible to run the event this year.  We have made this decision in consultation with our Northam Organising Committee and other key stakeholders as we are unlikely to find a suitable date for the event in the latter half of 2020, and we do not yet have a clear timing on the lifting of government restrictions for large public gatherings and sporting events.

We are now focusing on the planning for the event to be run on 10th & 11th April 2021.

If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to get in contact.

Please contact the Club Secretary – David Moir by email to if you have any further queries.

We are delighted to have Hugh Fryer present his replica of Neil Baird's (Richard Baird's father) Austin 7 Chummy, that competed at Lake Perkolilli in 1931 and the recent inaugural event.

Hugh will also introduce a special visitor from Victoria, Bill Sheehan.
Bill is the founder of the Winton Historic race event in 1977 and team member of HO Falcons at Bathurst and Sandown etc in the 1970's and will delight us with his experiences.

Please come along and enjoy some unique motoring history.

After lunch, participants will be invited to take a nostalgic drive around the Caversham Race Track.

     All V.S.C.C.W.A. members are invited.

Bring along your partners and show them what you are doing in your spare time.

Well what a couple of weeks we have had with Dad's Army events .

Anyway I suppose it has kept us off the streets & hey what do you think about the A Models Eyes .

Anyway back to this Saturday and a few jobs that need to be done , I'm not sure how much cleaning was done as I spent most of Tuesday out in the yard pruning trees ,so

I think a final clean up in side before Monday nights meeting will need to be the go !

Also it would be good to mow the yard if we get time ,but lets see how we go .

I have to leave early to go to the footy but I'm sure Graeme will keep you all under control ? ( He will probably call another Tool Box Meeting , which are always on when the Boss is away !!! )

Anyway it will be great to see you all on Saturday !

Regards, One Great MG Owner !

PS  How about the cakes Stan brought in on Tuesday just a few more KG's, these well kept bodies of ours ???
